What personal data do we process?

PACE collects and processes clients’ personal data for client and project management. Personal details are processed based on consent as described in article 6.1(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Your personal data are only logged when you submit them using the contact form. These details include: your first name and surname, your phone number, your email address and a personal message.

Those data are sent to my private email inbox so that I can contact you (once, unless agreed otherwise) with a view to potentially working together. They are not used for any other purpose.

You can request to see, adapt and/or delete your personal data at any time.

When you fill in and send the contact form, this indicates that you accept the terms of this policy. The privacy statement check box must be checked for confirmation. Please be informed that your contact details are consequently also accessible in my email inbox from that first communication.

This website is also in possession of a SSL-certificate which means that your data cannot be intercepted by malicious third parties such as hackers.
