the pace team

Anouk is the driving force behind PACE.  She works together with experts to design unique customised programmes to make organisations even more successful, today and in the long term. PACE has built up a network of experts to call upon in-depth experience and expertise (an occupational psychologist, holistic doctor, neurologist & sleep expert, sports doctor, International mountain leader,….)

I am Anouk Doore. I studied Social & Cultural Agogics and Economics, and I’ve worked as a consultant at large and smaller consultancy firms for over ten years. Over the years I have evolved from audit to process, quality and organizational management always building bridges between processes, systems and people with sustainable transformations as the common thread.

Aside from that, I’m one of the only people in Belgium who practiced ski mountaineering at a high level, both literally and figuratively speaking. Ski mountaineers climb to the top of mountains before skiing back down. I am the only Belgian woman to have finished in the top five of La Grande Course (a collection of the toughest international ski mountaineering races). Currently, I am helping people achieve their sporting aspirations, while also supporting businesses on custom projects to drive transformation towards healthy thought patterns and the sustainable habits that follow.

I’m still pretty active these days: when I’m not working, you’ll find me running or climbing. I am absolutely convinced that our body needs to move to allow our brains to work at the highest level. Our bodies and minds are always interlinked, in both directions.
